Return and refund policy

At M & K Hardware and Electrical, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
